2025 Sidewalk Maintenance Program
📅 Projected maintenance timeline: July – September
💲 2025 Project Costs (Invoiced mid-October):
- Replacement: $17.25 per square foot
- Saw Cutting: $21.56 per linear foot
- Concrete Raising: $5.00 - $7.00 (cost depends on amount of adjustment needed)
**If you are going to schedule and complete any portion of the repair process with a private contractor, it is your responsibility to notify the Engineering Department of your intentions no later than June 13th, 2025.
Sidewalk Marking Guide
- Single White Dot: Concrete Raising
- Half Arrow: Horizontal Saw Cut
- Single Pink Dot: Removal & Replacement
- Double Pink Dot: Damage caused by City terrace trees (50% of the replacement cost will be covered by the City)
