Henry Hamilton Bennett is an artist credited mainly with making the Wisconsin Dells area the world-renowned attraction it is today. The Wisconsin Historical Society lists him as one of the best landscape photographers of the 19th century. His photography dates back to the 1800s, depicting bluffs, the Wisconsin River, and many beautiful natural sites by Lake Delton and the Dells.
