We all know that smoking and second-hand smoke is harmful to your health, so why not implement an addendum to all rental property leases (specifically apartment complexes) that will mandate all the buildings to be smoke-free? Most places are smoke-free these days, and those of us who need to rent should be able to breathe freely in our own homes. Smoke-free properties would save landlords money, too, by not having to clean the smoke out of apartments. A win-win!

It would be nice if we could get a couple courts installed in one of these neighborhoods. Middleton Hills North park has space for development as does Middleton Ridge, even Pheasant Branch Ridge park, however the City of Middleton’s Comprehensive Park and open Space Plan only has plans for soccer fields throughout these neighborhoods. Is there no interest in tennis anymore?
