Airport Commission to meet October 3 in Council Chambers, not at the airport

Another group is scheduled to use the airport conference room, so this meeting and likely the one in November will be held at Middleton City Hall.  

The meeting packet is also amended to include airport manager comments regarding Item #4--Petition of Airspace Change from G to E.
