Update- University Ave. Reconstruction.

Phase 2 of the University Ave. project (work between Parmenter St. and Cayuga St.) will begin on Tuesday, May 28.  The posted detour route will remain on the Beltline, Century Ave. and Allen Blvd.  The County plans to close the Phase 2 section of University Ave. following the morning rush hour, and anticipates completing the majority of work in that section within 3-4 weeks, weather allowing.
