City of Middleton Leaf CollectionBulk leaf collection will begin on or about April 15th (weather permitting) and will continue throughout the month. Leaves must be windrowed along the terrace, but not placed in the street or gutter. Do not pile leaves around trees, posts or mailboxes. Leaves in bags or containers will not be collected, and leaves mixed with brush will not be collected. LEAVES AND BRUSH MUST BE KEPT IN SEPARATE PILES.
