SUBJECT: County Highway Q (Heron Trail to Meffert Road) Reconstruction

CTH Q reconstruction is scheduled to begin September 24th. At the completion of construction there will be a new asphalt pavement, on-street bike lanes, a passing lane at Balzer Road and a dedicated left turn lane for eastbound CTH K traffic turning south onto CTH Q.

During Construction CTH Q will be closed to through traffic but open to residents with driveway accesses between Heron Trail and Meffert Road. The CTH K intersection will remain open to east west traffic but motorists can expect delays as crews work to widen the roadway for construction of the eastbound left turn lane. Milling and paving work on CTH K will be completed at night to limit traffic impacts.
