The City's Emergency Updates web page is now updated with the following information:
1) Drone footage of Tuesday, August 21, showing the flood waters in Middleton; and
2) A recent update given by City staff to the City Council concerning damage estimates (currently $5.6 million for public infrastructure, including $1.9 million for the Conservancy and Creek Corridor; $35 million for private businesses; and $4.7 million for residents); and
3) An interactive map with pictures of the damage geo-tagged to each location.
Please help us keep people out of the creek corridor. Work is ongoing to make it safe, but we're not there yet. Also, creek water is not safe for pets or for people to walk through.
