For any residents suffering from flood-related damage, Dane County Emergency Management recommends calling United Way of Dane County at 2-1-1.

The Middleton Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the City of Middleton to gather private business damage assessment forms for the purposes of an emergency management declaration to the state and federal governments. Businesses should provide information in a damage assessment form that will be available through the Middleton Chamber and the City of Middleton's web site, and return it to "chamber@middletonchamber.com" as soon as possible. We anticipate needing this information by noon Wednesday, but we’ll update you as further information becomes available.
