Informational Meeting

The City of Middleton invites all community members to the presentation of the New Service Delivery Model for the 2018 year.  At the meeting, results for the Youth Center survey will be shared, along with goals of the Service Delivery Model.  Information about enrollment in the Youth Center and the wait list process will be provided

We encourage Youth Center Participants, families, and caregivers to attend.
