This request for proposals (RFP) has been assembled to provide potential developers and business owners the information to prepare a competitive development proposal for property that the City of Middleton is acquiring. The development site of approximately 1.97 acres is located near the Middleton/Cross Plains High School, east of Parmenter St., north of Lee St. and west of Clark St.

These proposal requirements are intended to solicit creative, high quality solutions in the proposed uses, site design, architecture, financing and construction of this project at the designated location. To facilitate this project, the potential developers should feel free to submit questions as much as is necessary to produce the best solution. All requests for information, clarification and additional information should be directed in writing to the project manager, Abby Attoun, Director of Community Development, at aattoun@ci.middleton.wi.us.

Development proposals should be provided to Abby Attoun, Director of Community Development, 7426 Hubbard Avenue, Middleton, WI 53562, not later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2018.
