Meet the City's NEW Park Ranger
The City of Middleton Public Lands, Recreation & Forestry Department would like to introduce Erik Hanewold as our new Park Ranger. Erik previously served as a Park Ranger for the City of Madison and is currently employed full-time at the VA Hospital. The Ranger position is designed to serve in an educational capacity and address public lands violations with patrons. The Park Ranger position has been developed as a pilot program and will collaborate with the Middleton Police Department. The program is scheduled to begin in mid-April and will consist of a single employee for the 2018 summer season. The Park Ranger will work afternoon and evening hours during the week and on weekends, and you can find the Ranger in City of Middleton shirts and he will have a City of Middleton photo identification card. Please join us in welcoming Erik Hanewold to our community.
