Brush Collection Season Wraps Up This Month

The City of Middleton reminds residents that October is the final month for curbside brush collection. Please be sure to have any remaining brush set out during your scheduled collection week.

Collection Guidelines:

- Branches must be less than 6 inches in diameter.
- Stack brush parallel to the curb with cut ends facing right (as you look at the street).
- Limit: one truckload (approximately 7 cubic yards) per property, per month.
- Brush only—do not include leaves, grass clippings, or mixed yard waste.

After October, residents can drop off brush, leaves, wood chips, and other accepted organic materials at the MRD Compost Facility (5211 Highway Q, Waunakee). This service is free for Middleton residents.
