Lakeview Park Tennis & Pickleball Courts

Project Information:

The Parks, Recreation, & Forestry Commission has identified a need to replace the current tennis courts with post-tension concrete tennis and pickleball courts at Lakeview Park. The facility will include two (2) tennis courts and six (6) pickleball courts with two viewing areas, bike parking, and will be upgraded to be ADA compliant. (All plans and activity are weather dependent).

Project Update:

May 27, 2025 Update – The project received a successful bid, and construction is scheduled to begin on June 2, 2025. The tennis courts will be closed during construction, as they are being removed and replaced with two new tennis courts and six new pickleball courts. On-street parking on Mendota Avenue and parking in the lot will be limited near the construction site. The project is not anticipated to impact park activities.
