We've received numerous inquiries about Autopay customers receiving paper statements. Autopay and Paperless Billing are separate settings in your Xpress Bill Pay account. Log in and enable the Paperless Billing option in your profile to go paperless.
If you have Autopay but received a paper statement, check the Message Box on the middle left of the statement for confirmation of your Autopay status. You don't need to do anything else if confirmed.
