Zoning Ordinance Rewrite Project Update

The full draft of a new zoning ordinance being proposed for the City of Middleton is now posted on the City's project website.

The website also contains links to resources that provide background information, highlight key policy decisions, and list past and upcoming meetings. 

City staff are in the process of scheduling at least two Open Houses to give the public an opportunity to ask questions and comment on the proposed ordinance. Various city committees and commissions will review the ordinance in September and provide feedback to city staff and the Plan Commission for consideration prior to a formal public hearing, which will likely be held in October.
