Eric Fritz, on behalf of Keva Sports, is requesting a conditional use permit to expand the recreational use that is already permitted at 8312 & 8254 Forsythia Street to also include 8210 Forsythia Street. This property is located in the Bruce Company Property Planned Development District (PDD) for the Airport Road Area, which lists Recreational Facilities (as defined in section 1037(7) of the City of Middleton Zoning Ordinance) as a conditional use.   

The property is legally described as follows: 

Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 15955, recorded in Vol. 117 of Certified Survey Maps, page 55, as #5819633, in the City of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin. 

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements are limited to 3 minutes. Written statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
