David Olsen, on behalf of owner Daniel Sass, is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a contractor’s yard at 7912 Forsythia Court. Sec. 10.57(1) of the City of Middleton Zoning Ordinance lists ‘Contractor’s offices, shops and yards’ as a conditional use in the B-3 Highway Business District.
The property is legally described as follows:

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements are limited to 3 minutes. Written statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
