NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Request to Rezone Greenway Center Lots 3 & 4 on Pleasant View Rd, 1551 Pleasant View Rd

LZ Ventures requests approval of a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the following property from Planned Development District – General Implementation Plan (PDD-G) to Planned Development District – General Implementation Plan (PDD-G). The applicant plans to construct three 8-story buildings with a total of  376 multi-family units. 

Description of property to be rezoned:

LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4), GREENWAY CENTER (WEST), EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE LANDS CONVEYED IN DEED BY CORPORATION RECORDED APRIL 22, 2022 AS DOCUMENT NO. 5828261

TAX PARCEL NO: 255-0708-103-6304-7 AND 255-0708-103-6203-9

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
