Therese Merkel (Tricky Foods) and Shelby Olstad (Miggy’s Bakes) request conditional use permits to operate their businesses as either Class 3 or Class 4 restaurants in a building that is located in a B2 zoning district. Section 10.49(4) requires conditional use approval for restaurants designated as Class II, IV and V as defined in Section 10.150(49) of the Middleton Zoning Ordinance.
During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing. More details are available at City Hall or on the City’s website at www.cityofmiddleton.us/publichearings.
