Madison Development Corporation requests approval of a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the following property from R1 Single Family to Planned Development District – General Implementation Plan (PDD-G). The applicant plans to construct a 50-unit apartment building for workforce housing after combining these two lots.

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
