Incident: Crash Involving Squad  

Date: February 15, 2022 

Location: Century Avenue at High Road

Incident: MI22002023

On February 15, 2022, at approximately 11:51 AM a Middleton officer was involved in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Century Avenue and High Road.  Two police department employees along with the driver and sole occupant of the other vehicle were transported to the hospital for evaluation.  The Dane County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash and any requests for information about the crash investigation should be directed to them.  

The Middleton Police Department would like to thank the Dane County Sheriff's Office, Madison Fire Department, Middleton EMS, and Middleton Public Works for their assistance with this incident.
