At a remote meeting of the Plan Commission to be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm, on
Zoom.us, the following matter will be heard:
An application by 7107 University Ave LLC (Roger Schink) requesting a rezoning from R-2 (Two Family Residential) to Planned Development District – General Implementation Plan (PDD-GIP) to allow for construction of four new buildings consisting of three 2-story duplex townhomes and one building for a laundry facility and efficiency unit. Project includes demolition of one existing single-family home at 7109 University Avenue. The existing building with 10 efficiency units at 7107 University Avenue will remain.
This land is legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Certified Survey Map Number 2203, as recorded in Volume 8 of Certified Survey Maps, on Page 458, Dane County Registry, located in the NW 1/4 - SE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 07 North, Range 08 East, City of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin.
During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
