The Middleton Municipal Airport (Morey Field) Open Participation Community Survey is now live, but if you haven't already, please complete the survey by this Friday, December 17. You are welcome to take the survey if you are a resident of the City of Middleton, Town of Middleton or Town of Springfield. If your household received an invitation in the mail, one person from your household should use the link you received to complete the randomly sampled survey.

Please note that to help ensure we only hear from each person once, if you have not already subscribed, you will need to provide your email address and zip code to subscribe to the City profile on Polco to be able to submit the survey. This will enable Polco to code your response by zip code, but your response will remain confidential.

If you received the random sample survey in the mail, please place that in the mail in the return envelope by this Friday, December 17, so that it will be counted.
