The City of Middleton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing and consider taking action on the following application:
1. 2227 Middleton Beach Rd (Parcel ID 0708-121-7210-6): The owner, Russell Kahn, requests a zoning variance to construct a two-car, detached garage measuring approximately 20’ x 26’ with a second level used for storage and a home office. The height to the top of the flat roof would be 26 feet. Section 10.22(4)(g) limits a detached garage on this R1-zoned lot to a height of 15 ft.
During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. The Zoning Board of Appeals may take action following the hearing.
