Nickolas Hanna has applied for a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the property described below from B3 (Highway Business) to B2 (General Business). The purpose of the proposed rezoning is so that the existing building can be used for office activities, including professions including health services, office or clinical basis. Such uses are not listed as permitted or conditional uses in the B3 zoning district.

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
