DROP IN COVID-19 VACCINATION
In partnership with Fitchburg Family Pharmacy, MOM is hosting a pop-up vaccine clinic using the Pfizer vaccine.
Dose 1 Wednesday, May 5, 2021, 10am-1pm 3502 Parmenter St. / Middleton, WI.

The second clinic will be held on Wednesday, May 26 between 10:00 AM-1:00 PM at MOM May 26 for dose 2, or for anyone who wants to get their first dose (and get their second dose directly through Fitchburg Family Pharmacy.) No appointment necessary, anyone 16 and older is welcome — 16 and 17 year-olds must be accompanied by an adult if they are not pre-registered.
