City Hall remains closed to the public indefinitely. We still have substantial concern for both the public and city employees’ health and well-being, especially in regard to the variants of the coronavirus. We are still a long way from reaching “herd immunity”.
City Hall staff continue to work, so if someone needs to schedule an appointment, we are available by e-mail, phone and Zoom. If absolutely necessary, we can schedule a meeting by appointment too.
You may request and vote an absentee ballot in the clerk's office (by appointment only) or other specified location during the days and hours specified for casting an absentee ballot in person.

Although the Public Lands, Recreation & Forestry office may be physically closed, the department continues to offer programs, events, and activities at a variety of locations that allow for physical distancing and adherence to pandemic guidelines including City Hall, Hubbard Activity Center and various park locations. The Youth Center continues with modified programming at the Lakeview Park Shelter. The department continues to put out information on a month-to-month basis and anticipates a modified summer guide to be available in mid-to-late April.
