Koteshwar and Sandhyarani Katukam, owners of 7103 Twin Sunset Rd, request approval of a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the following property from R-1 to PDD-G (Planned Development District-General Implementation Plan). The applicants propose to split the lot into two lots and build a duplex on each lot.

Description of property to be rezoned: 
LOT 4, CSM 1897, recorded in Vol. 7 of Certified Survey Maps, page 360, as #1454148, in the City of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
