Per the City’s Leaf and Yard Waste Collection Policy, collection of leaves will finish at the end of November, and trucks will be converted to get ready for snow and ice control operations. It often takes the crews at least a week to cycle through the City for leaf collection. Please windrow on the terrace by Monday, November 23 any remaining leaves you’d like to be collected this fall.
