The City of Middleton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings and consider taking action on the following application for variance:

1. 6811 North Ave, Parcel ID 070812245804: Nick Badura (Sketchworks Architecture) is requesting variances from the minimum side setback for a garage and house addition on behalf of property owner Erin Summers and Cory Fink. The applicant is requesting approval to replace the existing 20ft x 24 ft detached garage with a 20ft x 31 ft two-story, attached garage measuring 2ft (3ft from the wall) from the right (west) side lot line. The attached garage will be 21ft tall with two bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom above. Section 10.24(4) requires a minimum 8ft side yard setback for this R-1 zoned lot.

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. The Zoning Board of Appeals may take action following the hearing.
