1.) Minutes of the October 2, 2019 Personnel and Finance Committees Meeting Jointly

Convene into Closed Session

• The Personnel and Finance Committees will convene into closed session in accordance with section 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Council will consider strategy for compensation and replacement of two positions in the Information Technology Department, as well as compensation that might exceed the 2020 budget for the next police chief.

Reconvene into Open Session

2.) Authorization for Police Chief Hellenbrand's Salary to Exceed the Classification and Compensation Plan Maximum Salary for Grade 18

It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at this meeting to gather information; however, no action will be taken by any governmental body at this meeting other than the governmental body specifically referenced in this notice.
