The Dane County Drainage District Board has scheduled a public meeting to discuss
items listed below. You are receiving this notice because your property is in Dane Co.
Drainage District No. 19 (City of Middleton/Town of Middleton).

public meeting. The project documents are available upon request.

2. Approve Minutes from October 24, 2018 Annual Meeting.
3. Review and discussion of REA Estimate and clean out costs.
4. Review and discussion of sample Assessments.
5. Discussion of Dane County intent to purchase land where pump is located.
6. Discussion of work by ATC in District 19 and any potential effects on the
District.
7. Next steps for District regarding potential clean out, work to be performed, or
other options to resolve the flooding.
8. Public comments.
9. Adjourn.
