Tim Carey of T5 Real Estate Services, on behalf of Hennes Services Inc., requests approval of a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the following property from PDD-GIP (Planned Development District-General Implementation Plan) to B2 (General Business District), which would return this 0.874 acre parcel to its previous zoning classification. (In 2019, the City rezoned the property to allow development of an apartment building but that project is not proceeding.) The applicant plans to construct a building housing an auto parts store.
Description of property to be rezoned: LOT 1 CSM 12577 CS79/49&52-11/10/2008 F/K/A ASSESSORS PLAT PRT OUTLOT 110 & F/K/A PRT LOT 1 ASSESSOR'S PLAT NO. 1 DESCR AS SEC 12-7-8 PRT OF SE1/4 SW1/4, NE1/4 SW1/4 & PRT NW1/4 SE1/4 (0.874 ACRE) TAX PARCEL NO: 255-0708-123-1330-2
During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the City of Middleton is recommending that interested parties log in remotely rather than attend the meeting in person.
