Jeff Straubel – Greenway Properties, Inc. is requesting approval of a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the following property to a Planned Development District-General Implementation Plan (PDD-GIP) that is different from a previously approved Planned Development District-General Implementation Plan to allow the construction of a 210-unit, 14-story residential building. The site is currently vacant.
