The Commonwealth Companies is requesting approval of a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the following property from General Business District (B-2) to Planned Development District-General Implementation Plan (PDD-GIP) to allow the construction of a 37-unit, 4-story residential building. The site is currently occupied by a former Sonic restaurant.
