The Middleton Water & Sewer Utility wants to remind our customers that neither the mailings nor any insurance or warranty company representative are in any way affiliated with the Middleton Water & Sewer Utility. The mailings and visits are associated only with the identified private company, and the Middleton Water & Sewer Utility does not endorse their services. We suggest that our customers thoroughly research any company before doing business with them. As part of your research, you may want to contact the State of Wisconsin Better Business Bureau.
If you receive an insurance or warranty offer either through the mail or in person, we encourage you to call your homeowner insurance company to see if your homeowner policy already covers water lateral repairs, then decide whether you want the service being offered, and read the fine print of any contract before signing it.
