Wally Jankowski (Advanced Concrete Properties, 6075 County Highway K, Waunakee) has applied for a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the property described below from County A-1 Agriculture District (Exclusive) to County C-2 Commercial District. This property is located in the Town of Westport within the City of Middleton’s Extraterritorial Zoning Area. The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to allow for an expansion of a cement contractor business.
Description of property to be rezoned: The northwestern corner (an area consisting of 0.923 acres) of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 9116, Recorded on pages 138-140 in Vol. 51 of Dane County Certified Surveys, Parcel No. 066-0809-292-8551-2. This area is being added to Lot 1 of CSM 8278, Recorded on pages 297-298 in Vol. 44 of Dane County Certified Surveys, Parcel No. 066-0809-292-8600-2.
During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
