NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Request for Conditional Use Permit Pertaining to 3158 Deming Way, Middleton 

Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. 

City of Middleton Plan Commission 

Virtual Meeting via www.zoom.us (instructions below) 

Meeting ID: 891 1500 8272  and Passcode: 529611 

Sketchworks Architecture (7780 Elmwood Ave., Middleton), on behalf of Bill’s Towing and Kathy Sellner (W9179 Old Hwy. 60, Lodi), requests approval of a conditional use permit to allow indoor storage of vehicles and automotive parts, auto body repair, and auto salvage operations conducted entirely within a building on the property described below. The Plan Commission will consider adding these uses as conditional uses at a public hearing scheduled immediately prior to this hearing. 

Description of property:   Lot 4 of Certified Survey Map No. 11779, recorded in Volume 72, page 155, of Certified Surveys in the Dane County Register of Deeds as Document No. 4197537. Parcel Number 255-0708-034-5380-2. 

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
