To Whom It May Concern:
At a remote meeting of the Plan Commission to be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 7:00 pm, the following matter will be heard:
An application by Newcomb Construction Company requesting a rezoning of property currently addressed as 1312 John Q. Hammons Parkway to amend the Planned Development District – General Implementation Plan (PDD-GIP) to allow housing to be constructed on this property. This land is legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Certified Survey Map Number 10932, as recorded on December 3, 2003, in Volume 65 of Certified Survey Maps, on Pages 221-223, as Document No. 3848059, being Lot 3, Greenway Center Replat, located in the Northeast 1/4 and Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Town 7 North, Range 8 East, in City of Middleton, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin.
The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to allow for development of the site into one five-story apartment building with up to 152 units and a three-story townhome building with up to 19 units for a total of up to 171 units of housing.
At the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard, and action will be considered.
