Operating While Intoxicated (OWI)

If you received an Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) citation in Middleton, you will be assigned an Initial Appearance court date.  

If you are found guilty of the OWI:

• Your operating privileges will be revoked
• You will be required to submit to an OWI assessment and Driver Safety Plan (DSP)
• If your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was at or above 0.15, or if you refused a chemical test, you will be restricted to operation of a vehicle with an Ignition Interlock Device (IID)
